AND Customer Balance Sheets

are completed and in your Family File.  

NOTE:  Your Balance Sheet does NOT yet reflect (in most cases) any payments you have made in the past 2 weeks or so.  Give us another week and they will be updated.  This update will be emailed to you unless you request a hard copy.  This is how it will work the rest of the year; when you make a payment, you will receive an update of your Balance Sheet via email attachment unless you request a hard copy.  

ALSO NOTE:  Late fees will be assessed on a monthly basis to accounts that are not current according to the payment schedule you chose.
